Grant Garrison has a diverse background including: dedicated technical support, solutions consulting, requirements gathering, new feature demonstrations, non-profit fundraising, financial consulting and sales. Grant has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial services, non-profit, and SaaS.
Prior to joining RO Innovation, Grant worked for two years as a Product Support Specialist, Team Lead, and Functional Analyst for IQNavigator in Denver, Colorado. While working as a Functional Analyst, Grant oversaw several program initiatives which helped grow one of his assigned clients into IQNavigator’s most profitable client. Grant’s assigned clients included Frontier Communications, Apple, Gap, Sony Playstation, and PJM. While working as a Product Support Team Lead, Grant implemented new support strategies which drastically increased team productivity and reduced ticket resolution times; this new support strategy ended up being vital to the success of the Wells Fargo go-live which included supporting approximately 39,000 new users.
Before working at IQNavigator, Grant worked as a Team Leader for a global hunger relief organization called Feed My Starving Children. During his time there, Grant recommended and implemented new communication strategies which resulted in a 25% increase to the average volunteer donation.
Grant is also a proud alumnus of Northern Illinois University where he graduated at the top of his class and was one of two students to receive NIU’s Outstanding Major Award for a combination of both his academic success at NIU and his professional success at Feed My Starving Children.
