Molly Chapman has over eight years of experience in technical support, project management, customer service, consulting, and technology implementation. Molly has worked primarily in the eLearning industry with skills that include needs assessment, requirements gathering, solutions consulting, end user training and support.
Before joining RO Innovation, Molly worked at Pearson/eCollege for over 4 years as a Senior Consultant for the Strategic Customer Operations department. Molly served as the primary daily operational contact for customers as well as an implementation specialist within the department. She managed large for-profit institutions and developed long term relationships with key clients. Molly was promoted to Team Lead for overall daily escalations for her team as well as appointed head of on-boarding trainer for all department new hires.
A graduate from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a major of Exercise and Sport Science, she has kept her love for sports alive. For 8 years she devoted her time to being a swim coach for both USA and club swimming. Currently, Molly is an avid mountain biker, skier, and triathlete and brings her kids along with her for the ride.
