Nina was born in Minsk, Belarus and spent time in Kiev, Ukraine prior to moving to the United States in 1997. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and double majored in Economics and International Affairs, graduating magna cum laude with distinction. While in college she worked for PhET, an educational research group that provides interactive research-based science and math simulations to students all over the world. Her duties included attending educational conventions to help promote increased learning through technology.
Before joining the RO team, Nina worked as a Solutions Delivery Consultant for IQNavigator, a SaaS company providing a VMS that allows companies to manage their contingent workforce. While there, Nina oversaw the programs for Wells Fargo, Expedia, and the Tennessee Valley Authority and provided crucial best practice recommendations and consultation to improve client efficiency. She also spearheaded the development of a new client-focused product that offers insight into the client’s entire program, ultimately improving client satisfaction and increased spend on the platform.
Nina speaks three languages fluently: English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, snowboarding, rhythmic gymnastics, and is an avid puzzler.
