Sandy comes to RO Innovation with a wealth of experience in Information Technology. Her background includes project management, business systems analysis, incident management and administration, technical leadership, ERP planning and implementation, as well as end user training and support.
As a Transition/Transformation Project Manager, Sandy employed her extensive experience in customer communication, engagement, requirements gathering, design, and deployment of solutions. She was instrumental in training and hand-off to steady state support. Responsibilities included providing detailed project plans, budgeting, and status reporting. She has led multiple accounts for IBM’s Enterprise Monitoring Solution Labs. Her career has revolved around and included incident support for the company that maintains the 9-1-1 infrastructure. She also led the Change Control Board, and produced and published processes and procedures for Sarbanes-Oley and ISO. She “Paid her dues” as a technical support specialist working an I.T. service desk supporting a Fortune 500 telecommunications company.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in business systems analysis and project management. She is a Certified ScrumMaster® and is readying herself to obtain both ITIL and PMP certifications. In her free time she plays softball and volleyball, and enjoys spending time with her son.
