Tegan Scofield has a vigorous background in technical support, customer service, and software implementations. Her skills include requirements gathering, solutions consulting, and live software demonstrations from the healthcare IT industry to SaaS.
Before joining RO Innovation, Tegan worked for IQNavigator, a local SaaS company, where she started as a Product Support Specialist. While in this role, Tegan provided technical support and solutions to multiple customers and quickly became a “go-to” on the team for any assistance. Tegan was later promoted into a Business Analyst position within their Professional Services department which specializes in client implementations. While in this role, Tegan’s responsibilities included requirements gathering, solutions consulting, software configurations, data scrubbing, as well as go-live and post-go-live support to clients. Tegan quickly adapted to these new responsibilities and was able to implement two of the quickest go lives within the company, while building strong customer rapport for future expansions. Customers that Tegan implemented included Providence Health & Services, Expedia, and Equifax. Tegan also provided project support for T. Rowe Price, Univision, Halyard Health, Walgreens, and Schlumberger.
Before Tegan joined IQNavigator, she was recruited into Denver Health’s IT help desk out of college. While there, she supported multiple healthcare applications, as well as hardware within the hospital. With Tegan’s expressed interest in Project Management, she quickly became a member of their project team within the services department where she supported internal projects, including updating internal support documentation and providing go-live support to newly implemented software within the hospital.
Tegan is a proud alumnus of the University of Colorado at Denver where she obtained her BSBA with an emphasis in Information Systems Management. While in college, she expressed most interest in Project Management and Strategic Analysis. Her next goal is to become a Certified Associate in Project Management and to later take the PMP exam.
Outside of Tegan’s career, she enjoys giving back to the community when possible and is an advocate for the March of Dimes where she has volunteered for and donated to multiple events, including the Mud Volleyball Tournament. In her free time, she also enjoys playing poker, is a craft beer enthusiast, and enjoys delicious food in which she is also deemed a “foodie.”
