Todd Wertz has an extensive project management and database marketing background, having spent the last 20-years working in different high tech marketing capacities. Todd has designed, developed and implemented database marketing programs with Corporate Express and ServiceMagic.com. As a Project Manager, Todd has worked with such clients as: Comcast, Telus, Dell Computers, Google, SAP, VMware and other Fortune 500 clients to successfully implement enterprise wide software applications, train personnel and execute the resulting campaigns. With Frontier Airlines Todd defined and managed marketing programs to streamline and lower costs and increase operational efficiencies to their Frequent Flyer program (Early Returns). Todd has worked for companies such as: Customer Insight Company/Experian, Corporate Express/Staples, ServiceMagic.com, Frontier Airlines and Harte-Hanks.
In his current role with RO | Innovation Todd has worked with over 20 clients and their respective Sales & Marketing organizations to help successfully implement, maintain and enhance reference management programs. Having conducted well over a 100 audio and video interviews and implementing numerous Reference View instances, Todd has a solid understanding of the reference process from both the customer and client side.
Mr. Wertz attended Colorado State University, Pueblo and holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Operations and Material Management.
