New Brand and Company Name Reflect Innovative Set of Sales and Lead Cycle Management Technology
Denver, CO—March 2, 2010— References-Online, pioneer and leader in the customer reference management space, announced today the evolution of its brand to RO Innovation (ROI). The name and brand identity shift reflects the expanded suite of sales enablement solutions now offered by the decade-old reference management trendsetter.
The new RO Innovation moniker reflects the spirit of the company, both as a results-driven technology provider and as an innovator. The abbreviation of the RO Innovation name, “ROI,” spotlights its overriding value proposition and product development principle—every solution must provide real-world, tangible ROI by reducing sales cycles, engaging prospects and ultimately increasing conversion and close rates. Using “innovation” was equally important because the word truly communicates the company’s commitment as a forward-thinking leader in customer reference management, sales enablement and lead cycle management.
