Streamlined user interface and simplified workflows offer an upgraded user experience on all RO Innovation products
DENVER, CO (September 2, 2014) – RO Innovation, the expert at leveraging the voice of the customer in B2B sales and marketing programs, today announced the launch of major updates to its product suite. The updates include a completely redesigned user interface and new features that simplify workflows and increase efficiency.

RO’s new user interface has contemporary color pallets and modern fonts that give it a similar look and feel to many of the popular interfaces RO Innovation’s customers are used to using on a daily basis (i.e. iOS-7, Windows 8, Mobile Apps). The changes make the UI a more appealing and familiar application to look at and engage with.
HOMEPAGE & SEARCH: OPTIMIZED FOR USER PRODUCTIVITY
The layout of the homepage has been simplified, making navigation more straightforward and faster to start searches.
The layout of the Advanced Search page has also been streamlined from a three column to two column design, making it easier to read and search content. Asset type descriptions have been added, with definitions displaying upon mouse-over rather than on a separate part of the page. Customer and Asset search results can now be viewed either as a grid or a detailed layout, depending on user preferences.
SPOTLIGHTS: IMPROVED NAVIGATION, STREAMLINED WORKFLOW
The workflow for building and sending Spotlights has undergone a major overhaul, making it a quicker, easier three step process that guides users along a logical flow of tasks with new navigation features and more previews along the way. Other featured updates include:
- Boxes and radio buttons have been replaced by a tabbed navigation design and action buttons that give clearer directions for steps in creating a Spotlight.
- The ability to add quotes and attachments directly from your desktop during the Spotlight building process.
- Users can also now create a Spotlight and save it for completion or updating at a later time.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The update, with brand new user interface, will be available to all current RO Innovation users at no charge. The older version will also be available for a few more weeks. All features and updated user interface will be available for new customers starting today, and are included in the regular fee.
