RO|Enablement was developed after our team at RO|Innovation identified a major gap in the marketplace—marketing departments were working ROE_Final.jpgdiligently to create materials for sales yet the sales team wasn’t able to find the collateral at the right time.  Even worse, the sales team was sending one-off emails from their mail client so they had zero intelligence about whether or not the prospect even opened their emails or what attachments they viewed. 

At the heart of RO|Enablement sales force automation is its ability to deliver high-value collateral.  For years, RO|Innovation (formerly References-Online) has worked with clients to capture customer reference interviews and case studies and organize them in a searchable and trackable platform.  So, RO|Enablement was a natural extension of our expertise and an exciting way to extend past customer references and transition into a more comprehensive platform.
