RO|ReferenceView was intitially launched as Reference View six years ago after our leadership team noticed a trend—providing on-demand customer reference interviews only solved part of the customer reference riddle.  The remaining problems were tying customer reference usage to ROI, managing the customer reference nomination program, controlling customer reference access, etc.

With these challenges in mind, RO|ReferenceView was developed.  Users are now able to identify the most relevant and high-value customer references in just minutes, eliminating the hours of manual reference management or coordination of reference activities.  Not only have our clients used RO|ReferenceView to make their customer reference programs more efficient but also they have used it across the footprint of entire organizations to support customer relationship initiatives and as the foundation of internal portals.
